Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PillowTalk application (iOS, Android, or web), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use PillowTalk.

Service Description

PillowTalk is a mobile application that allows couples to:

• Chat privately with their partner
• Play conversation games and answer prompts
• Take relationship quizzes
• Discover date night ideas
• Track their relationship journey

Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• In a romantic relationship with another adult user
• Able to enter into a legally binding agreement

If you are under 18, you may not use PillowTalk. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's online activity.

User Conduct

You agree to use PillowTalk responsibly and not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Upload or share illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Use PillowTalk for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Impersonate another person or entity

Pairing & Privacy

PillowTalk uses private link-based pairing:

• You are responsible for sharing your pairing link only with your partner
• Do not share your link publicly or with unauthorized users
• Once paired, only you and your partner can access your shared chat
• Unpair at any time to disconnect from your partner

Intellectual Property

PillowTalk's content (game prompts, questions, assets, design) is owned by PillowTalk or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without permission. Your user-generated messages remain yours, but by using PillowTalk, you grant us a license to store and transmit them.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PILLOWTALK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Lost data, messages, or account information
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using PillowTalk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PillowTalk and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of PillowTalk
• Your user-generated content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data may be deleted within 30 days.

Free Tier & PillowTalk Pro

Free Tier: PillowTalk is free to download and use. The free tier includes access to conversation games and chat features.

PillowTalk Pro: A subscription service offering additional content and premium features. Pro subscriptions are $4.99/week or $12.99/month (pricing may vary by region). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. See your app store's account settings to manage or cancel your subscription.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PillowTalk after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
