- Advertising ID (IDFA or Android Advertising ID)

When you subscribe to a paid plan via in-app purchase, we collect anonymized transaction details to enable premium access. All billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms
PillowTalk offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take your privacy seriously. All personal and media data is stored securely and encrypted during transmission.
4.1 Firebase Cloud Storage
Uploaded media is stored via Firebase Cloud Storage, which meets industry-standard security protocols.
4.2 RevenueCat (for subscriptions)

5. Data Deletion & Retention
You can delete your account from within the App at any time. This will:
- Permanently remove your personal data (name, email, quiz data)
- Permanently delete all uploaded media from our active databases
Backups: We retain encrypted backups for 30 days after deletion for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are automatically purged after the retention period.
6. Partner Sharing
Uploaded media is shared only with the partner you choose in-app. We do not access, monitor, or distribute these files elsewhere.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we've collected such data, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features, regulations, or our data practices. Updated versions will be posted in the App and on our website, with the new effective date clearly listed.
